We will provide you with a Booking Confirmation and which tells you where to deliver your freight (if it's not being picked up), required delivery date, Vessel Name and arrival information. You will need this information when you deliver to the warehouse or when your boxes are picked up.

Pack your boxes well and mark them properly. The name of your Consignee party (the person you designate to pick up your boxes at the CFS at your destination) and the destination city and country must be on both sides and the top of every box. It is a good idea to number your boxes 1 of 5, 2 of 5 etc.

Before delivering to the warehouse, please complete and submit the Documentation Form. This information is required for the issuance of a Marine Bill of Lading and also serves as your packing list. We suggest you make a copy to use for destination/customs, perhaps without the values listed.

Also, U.S shipments valued more than $2500 USD for any one item, will need a Shipper's Export Declaration

Canadian shipments valued more than $2000 CDN require
a B13 Form

Deliver your boxes under the delivery number you were provided with on your booking confirmation.

We can invoice you through PayPal or you can call us with your credit card information. After payment you will receive a Marine Carrier Bill of Lading, (and received for shipment) which means your cargo is in the possession of the carrier, either in route to the loading vessel, or in carrier's warehouse awaiting loading. Should the shipment miss the intended vessel, or the vessel is substituted by another, you will be notified and Bill of Lading reissued.

The Bill of Lading will act as a receipt for your goods, an invoice and a contract of carriage between you and the carrier.

You will be required to send your Bill of Lading to the person receiving your goods. They should contact the Delivery Agent listed on the Bill of Lading on or near the scheduled arrival date to arrange for pick-up and customs clearance.
